1. Derecho de desistimiento
Como consumidor, tienes derecho a desistir de tu compra en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde que recibes el pedido, sin necesidad de justificar tu decisión.
2. Cómo ejercerlo
Escríbenos a indicando tu nombre, el número de pedido y una declaración clara de que quieres desistir. Te responderemos con las instrucciones de devolución.
3. Productos que no admiten desistimiento
No se puede desistir de los productos confeccionados según tus especificaciones o claramente personalizados, como las camisetas con nombre, número o patch personalizados.
4. Cómo devolver el producto
Devuelve la camiseta en un plazo de 14 días desde que nos comunicas el desistimiento. Debe estar sin usar, en buen estado y con su embalaje. Los costes directos de la devolución corren a tu cargo, salvo que el producto sea defectuoso o nos hayamos equivocado.
5. Reembolso
Te reembolsaremos el importe en un máximo de 14 días desde que recibimos tu comunicación de desistimiento, usando el mismo medio de pago, salvo que acordemos otra cosa. Podemos esperar a recibir el producto o a que nos acredites su envío.
6. Producto defectuoso o equivocado
Escríbenos lo antes posible con el número de pedido y fotos. Lo repararemos, lo cambiaremos o te reembolsaremos el importe, y asumiremos los gastos de envío.
7. Cambios de talla
Escríbenos antes de devolver el producto y buscaremos la mejor opción, según la disponibilidad.

1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without having to give a reason.
2. How to exercise it
Write to us at with your name, your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will reply with the return instructions.
3. Products that cannot be withdrawn from
You cannot withdraw from products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as jerseys with a custom name, number or patch.
4. How to return the product
Return the jersey within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. It must be unused, in good condition and in its packaging. The direct costs of returning it are at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
5. Refund
We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise. We may wait until we receive the product or until you prove you have sent it.
6. Defective or wrong product
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will repair it, replace it or refund the amount, and we will cover the shipping costs.
7. Size exchanges
Write to us before returning the product and we will find the best option, subject to availability.

3. Cayma hakkı kullanılamayan ürünler
Senin belirttiğin özelliklere göre hazırlanan veya açıkça kişiselleştirilen ürünlerde, örneğin özel isim, numara veya yama eklenmiş formalarda cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.
4. Ürün nasıl iade edilir
Cayma bildirimini yaptığın tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde formayı iade et. Ürün kullanılmamış, iyi durumda ve ambalajıyla birlikte olmalıdır. Ürün hatalı değilse veya biz hata yapmadıysak iade için doğrudan doğan masraflar sana aittir.
5. Geri ödeme

En kısa sürede sipariş numaran ve fotoğraflarla bize yaz. Ürünü onarır, değiştirir veya tutarı iade ederiz; kargo masraflarını biz karşılarız.
7. Beden değişimi
Ürünü iade etmeden önce bize yaz, stok durumuna göre en iyi seçeneği bulalım.
