Pedidos: nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono, dirección de envío, nota del pedido y los detalles de las camisetas (talla, nombre, número, patch). Los usamos para gestionar, preparar y enviar tu pedido y para atender tus consultas. Base legal: ejecución del contrato.
Boletín: tu correo electrónico, solo si marcas la casilla de aceptación en el formulario. Lo usamos para avisarte de nuevas camisetas. Base legal: tu consentimiento, que puedes retirar en cualquier momento.

3. Cuánto tiempo conservamos los datos

Los datos de pedidos se conservan durante el tiempo necesario para gestionar el pedido y cumplir las obligaciones legales, fiscales y contables aplicables. Los datos del boletín se conservan hasta que te des de baja.

Orders: name, email, phone number, delivery address, order note and the details of your jerseys (size, name, number, patch). We use them to manage, prepare and ship your order and to answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Newsletter: your email address, only if you tick the consent box in the form. We use it to tell you about new jerseys. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Contact emails: the data you send us when you write to us, so we can reply.

Order data is kept for as long as needed to handle the order and to meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
